Jean
Jean's yoga practice began in the Iyengar discipline. He spent a year
studying Iyengar at the University of California Riverside. In 2007
he completed his 200-RYT with Yoga Alliance from the Inland College of
Yoga. His knowledge of yogic philosophy and asanas continues to grow
and evolve and it shows through his teaching. With a focus on
alignment in all his classes, Jean teaches hatha, vinyasa style and
workshops on inversions and arm balances/alignment. He is currently
involved with teaching in teacher trainings and pursuing a 500-RYT.
Yoga is something that has been essential in his life to help maintain
balance and a positive mindset.
